Terms & Conditions – Oswal Brothers (Hotelware)

 1.⁠ ⁠Pricing & GST

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A valid GST invoice will be provided with every order.

 2.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

100% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order. Orders will be processed only after receipt of full payment.

 3.⁠ ⁠Delivery & Shipping Charges

Delivery charges shall be charged as per actuals and will be borne entirely by the customer. Any additional handling or logistics costs, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

 4.⁠ ⁠Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines shared are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, availability of stock, or force majeure events.

 5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products

In case of damage during transit, the company will replace the product subject to verification.
Replacement is not applicable for certain items such as steel products or other non-returnable categories.
Customers are requested to check with the seller regarding replacement eligibility before placing the order.
Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with proper images or video evidence.

 6.⁠ ⁠Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Claims raised after acceptance of delivery may not be entertained.

 7.⁠ ⁠Returns & Cancellations

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Oswal Brothers.

 8.⁠ ⁠Product Variations

Minor variations in color, finish, size, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen/display differences and shall not be considered defects.

 9.⁠ ⁠Warranty

Warranty, if any, shall be strictly as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Oswal Brothers does not provide any independent warranty unless specified.

10.⁠ ⁠Use of Products
Oswal Brothers shall not be responsible for damage or loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or use of products contrary to recommended guidelines.

11.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product invoiced. Oswal Brothers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government regulations.

13.⁠ ⁠Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Oswal Brothers is registered.

14.⁠ ⁠Right to Amend

Oswal Brothers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
